The villa is located near the town of Vonitsa, directly on the coast of the Amvrakikos Gulf.
The day of the guests is like a fairy tale.
After waking up in the morning, you will find yourself in a total calm environment far away from the loud and busy city life. Your day starts with a delicious breakfast in the two shaded balconies of the main house, or in the balcony of the guesthouse facing the amazing view of the Amvrakikos Gulf. Your breakfast also includes food products from the Villa, such as fresh eggs.
Guests have the option to choose one of the three private beaches of the Villa for swimming, canoeing, pedaling, jet-skiing, or going fishing in a motor boat. One of the beaches has a dock that can be used for a yacht to approach the land. Alternatively, guests can swim in the wonderful 25m length swimming pool, enjoy a water-massage in the Jacuzzi, or simply read a book in the shade under an umbrella around the swimming pool area.
Meanwhile, lunch is being prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, usually served at the outdoor dining table under the pine-trees. For those who desire to have a «siesta», apart from the fully air-conditioned bedrooms, hammocks are carefully placed in cool and shaded areas around the villa.
Afternoon is ideal for a walk around the property in a forest full of pine-trees, olive trees, fruit trees and many different plants and flowers. There is also a greenhouse, a garden, and a henhouse. Sports are an option. There is a specially constructed tennis, basketball and football court. A table-tennis is also available. The Villa offers gym equipment in a separate area of the main house.
In the evening, the private marina is an incomparable romantic option for dinner especially when the lights of the city of Vonitsa reflect on the sea. As the evening progresses, you and your friends can sit around the comfortable outdoor fireplace and relax, while enjoying a drink and listening to music. If you still feel energetic, you can have a party utilizing our exceptional sound system surrounding the Villa and covering almost every location of the property, including the marina, the outdoor fireplace, the tennis court, the swimming pool and all indoor facilities.
Just a few minutes’ walk away is a public beach with a seaside tavern/restaurant, bar, and café, which serves drinks and traditional Greek dishes. The villa is just thirty minutes away by car from the beautiful island Lefkada in the Ionian sea, fifteen minutes away from the Aktion National Airport, and just twenty minutes away from the towns Vonitsa and Preveza..
