At the lower ground floor there is a large bedroom with double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. On the same level there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors villa Ianthi offers a terrace with amazing sea views and sunsets and, under a wooden pergola, a large dining table for 10 persons, a build sofa with cushions and a BBQ. There are also 4 Sunbeds and a second table for 6.
At the back yard there is a cement table for 10 persons, a gas BBQ and a covered parking.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden and has a swimming pool of 35 m2.
