A floor- mounted electrical air- conditioning machine can also be provided in the unlikely event it is requested. The beds are all new from Coco-mat (of high standards). The water is cool, fresh and filtered from a well. The two master bedrooms have en-suite amenities. One master bedroom is located at first floor having a double bed with window views, en-suite bathroom, a cozy stone built fireplace by a sofa and a nice veranda outside for night skies. The second master bedroom is located at the lower ground floor, before which there exists a home cinema- study or kids play room with two single beds- sofas and a separate bathroom. This lower floor’s master bedroom has direct access to the front yards, direct flat access to the garage and a large window by the bed overlooking the sea view. There is also a fourth room in the back with either a double or two single beds, with its bathroom and this room can also be used as a utility room. The main ground floor hosts the living room with the fireplace, some unique pieces of art, a fully- fitted kitchen and a WC with a shower.
The outside area has a pergola that covers the marble dining table which is ideal for enjoyable views and good company, the walk-in infinity pool with Jacuzzi benches and a built barbeque! All exist on the west side, by the sunsets thus being totally separate. The views from this outdoors living area are uniquely serene and one can see up to 15 islands of Cyclades on a day with a very clear horizon!
Concerning location, the property is located just 4 km western from the island’s port- the Chora ( 1 km of which is a country road inlands from the main road, where all kinds of animals can be met all year round). Literally nearby the property, there is also a historically significant paved old footpath that starts from the port and leads to a few magnificently untouched villages in the mainlands. These walks can lead people from the house to the first village in 30 minutes say, where they can enjoy early dinner on a unique yard of a traditional family tavern serving local food.
