The ground floor/lower level, connected to the garden has a large living room area with two fold-out sofa beds, an equipped kitchen and one double bedroom with bathroom suitable for disabled people. There is a large terrace and direct access to the garden/pool area.
On the entrance main floor, the living room, sitting/reading area, and dining areas combine simplicity and elegance in an open air plan with the fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom. The shady verandha offers magnificent view, allowing guests to enjoy quiet, private moments.
The second floor/upper level houses 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin-bedroom ideal for children with private shower/bathroom and a third double-bed room with ensuite bath.
The top floor – attic has been transformed into a relaxed, comfortable area with a private fireplace ideal for youngsters to play and relax or even sleep in foldout beds.
All bedrooms have private sea-view balconies, oak-wooden floors and are equipped with custom-made, natural mattresses by Coco-mat and cotton linen. All bathrooms provide hair dryers, bathrobes and towels.
On the outside, the large crystal private pool is surrounded by a lush garden and a small orchard with lemon, orange and tangerine trees, with a spectacular 180 degree view of the town and sea. Guests can enjoy a sumptous meal in the barbecue area with a stone oven or lounge in the sunbeds, while the children play around our grounds. Private parking space is available.
