Villa Panarea is a traditional stone built country house. The original building dates back in 19th century and was fully renovated and restored in 2015 as to provide all modern comforts and facilities, while preserving its traditional details of the old era, with the wood and stone being the dominant features which perfectly match with the impressive landscape full of olive groves surrounding the villa.

Spreading on 850m² of land, this beautiful two storey residence of 170m² with three (3) bedrooms is set in a beautiful location which combines the natural beauty of the mountains and the valleys of the area. A great choice for the guests who are looking for private and family moments in a cosy environment.

Located in Kamara village, this private 2-floor villa is surrounding by gardens and breathtaking views. Villa can accommodate 6-7 people, consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 two single beds) with 2 Bathrooms.

Ground level

A generous sized living room with fireplace, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A hallway leading to the linen room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.

Upper level

1 master bedroom with a double bed an its own large veranda is located on the first floor with its own bathroom, as well as an elegant office and a large terrace.

The third bedroom with two single beds is on the wooden attic.

Our Villa is located in a traditional village named Kamara at the foothills of Rodopos mountain, 4,5Km away from Kolymbari.
The village is a beautiful settlement of approximately 88 residents with 2 two traditional cafes, known as “kafenion”. The village is in verdant surroundings of unspoiled beauty. It is 30Km far from Chania city and 46Km from the Airport.
