The two-storey, luxurious villa is fully equipped to offer guests the luxury and comfort they seek for their holidays. 
On the ground floor you will find the large living room where 1 person can be accommodated in a camping bed, with fireplace, the piano and the kitchen.
On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms where 6 persons can be accommodated, 2 bathrooms and a WC.
In the large courtyard with the swimming pool our guests will enjoy swimming while in the garden they will relax with a coffee or a drink. 
Our little guests will be busy having fun with the games in the garden.

At the disposal of the visitors, it is also a fitness hall for their physical exercise, and they will relax with the piano of the lounge and the large library of history and culture books.
The adult visitors hold full responsibility for the supervision of minors regarding the safe use of all the spaces of the property (swimming pool etc.).

In the neighborhood within a distance of 1km you will find mini markets, traditional fishing taverns and bars for your nightlife. Within a short distance you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as Almyros, Little Mantineia, the long beach of Kalamata, sandy beach of Santovas. The nearest beach is 1.1km away (3 minutes driving) In Kalamata (6km), a modern town with its long beach (3.5km), you will visit its Venetian castle, its museums, you will walk in the streets of the historic center and the large park with the award-winning open-air museum of trains. Kalamata's International Airport is 15km away.
