Special emphasis has been placed on the Villa’s garden which is approximately 1300m² large and features various tropical flora, papaya trees, pineapple trees, numerous seating areas, a BBQ and a 65m² pool with sea water. The available parking lot on the Villa’s entrance is spacious enough to accommodate up to four cars.
