The villa is exactly across from Spetses island, to which there is an unobstructed view. The distance from the island from the coast is about 2,5 km. The Villa is built on a property of 2.700 sq. m. and expands in three levels.
The entrance is on the middle level – which opens out to big garden with the 5x14 swimming pool. The Ground floor includes two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Before reaching the garden, there is a Γ shaped veranda with two big dining tables, two sitting areas and a billiard table. In the garden and by the swimming pool, there is a wooden pool house which includes a bathroom, a shower, a kitchenette and a changing room. The lower level includes three bedrooms: a large suite with two bunk- beds, suitable for four children, and a play area, with its own bathroom and two additional double bedrooms each with its own bathroom (one is en-suite). Also included in the lower level is a laundry room with a washing machine. The upper level includes one large bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and its own veranda with an impressive, unobstructed view on to Spetses Island.
At a distance of 150 meters from the Villa there is an excellent, secluded private sandy beach. It is not well known and attracts a very limited number of people, almost exclusively from the nearby villas. The access to Spetses Island is a matter of a few minutes, since the small port where the boats depart (24 h) for the island is at walking distance from the Villa.
