Villa Kymata, 130 sq. m. and 176 sq. m. respectively, are ideal vacation venues all year round. Each villa has a state-of-the-art kitchen, TV & Wi-Fi, sophisticated bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout and a large parking area. Under-floor heating and energy-saving fireplaces complete the comforts for winter guests.

The ground floor comprises of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two sitting rooms, kitchen, laundry room and storage room. The upper floor apartment comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room, living room with fireplace and dining room, kitchen and a huge veranda that offers splendid views of the surrounding landscape.

Enjoy the green garden, right next to the sea and offering easy access to the beach. Admire the spectacular vista of the Ionian Sea view from the spacious balconies or through the huge glass doors. Relax by the swimming pool, with comfortable poolside recliners and poolside umbrellas or take a refreshing dip in its waters. These are just some of the options that make every day a perfect day.

The villas are ideally located for frequenting the nearby restaurants, bars and shops of Dassia and Ipsos, while a comfortable drive to the north of the island rewards visitors with its astounding green-blue sea.

The villas are in principle rented together. They can be rented independently only of season and after specific request.

The villas are approximately 30 mins drive from the airport. Guests traveling by taxi or car should follow the signs towards the city centre. From there, follow the sign towards Palaiokastritsa, Kassiopi, Kontokali and Dassia. On reaching Dassia, turn right and follow the signs towards Agios Nikolaos beach. The villas are about 400 m. to your left. From the port follow directly the signs towards Palaiokastritsa, Kassiopi, Kontokali. An optional airport or port transfer service is available by prior arrangement.

Two-bedroom first-floor Villa (130 sq. m.): One master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a 70 sq. m. balcony with panoramic view of Dassia Bay. The balcony is shared with the second bedroom, with separate bathroom.

The rest of the villa consists of a living room with fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room.

The living room is surrounded by French windows opening onto a 50 sq. m. balcony with panoramic view of Dassia Bay.

Three-bedroom ground-floor Villa (160 sq. m. over 3 levels): The first level includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining & living room area, one bedroom with bathroom and an office space. There is a private outdoor dining area and direct access to the pool and garden areas. 
A cozy living room is located at the second level overlooking the garden, pool and Dassia Bay. The large French windows open onto a 60 sqm. balcony with comfortable sofas offering the same relaxing view. 
The third level consist of two large bedrooms, one master overlooking the Dassia Bay, with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in-closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bathroom overlooking the garden.
