• A bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet and a washing machine
• A private garden and terrace of 24 sq.m. equipped with chairs and table
• A view of the bay of Almyrida (garden) and of the White Mountains private access by stairs

The first floor:

• A bedroom with a double bed (or 2 single beds on request), an armchair and a wardrobe
• A lounge with sofa, TV, WiFi access, a dining area for 7
• A kitchen equipped with: (a fridge, a dishwasher, electric stove with two heat plates, cooker hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and all the utensils and crockery necessary)
• A bathroom with a walk-in shower sink and toilet and a washing machine
• A view of the bay of Almyrida and the White Mountains from the living room balcony terrace

The second floor:

• A bedroom with a double bed, a chair and a wardrobe
• A bedroom with two single beds and a single bed a chair and a wardrobe
• A bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet

A 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shops; you will not even need a car if you want to spend a quiet holiday.
From the residence you can see the bay of Almyrida. A pretty garden surrounds the residence, carefully maintained by Yannis the owner.

There is a vegetable garden, a herbarium and beautiful fruit trees (plum, apricot, pomegranate, orange, lemon, and a vine producing delicious grapes and even more). Use and enjoy these wonders which are all BIO of course! Under the beautiful rotunda, you can quietly read in a cool environment, sheltered from the sun.

Your holiday area has been specially redone. It is fully equipped, you will feel right at home. Our bedding is of great quality.
All the furniture has been made by local artisans, selected for the love of their work.

The selected materials are ceramic, marble, wood, cotton, burlap and stone. The selection of all materials have has been meticulously thought through, as priority has been our respect for the environment and our interest of your well-being.
