The Villa consists of two adjacent buildings, entirely independent of one another but attached in order to make them an ideal choice for two or three families holidaying together.
After five successful years, in 2019 we renovated both buildings and we offer it as one unit, in order to have more space and more privacy!
The first building has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is one bedroom with one WC and a shower. Also, there is a living room with two sofa beds ( quality single mattresses diameter 90 cm. x 200 cm.) with the kitchen.
The second building has two bedrooms with one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is the living room with two sofa beds ( quality single mattresses diameter 90 cm. x 200 cm.) with the master kitchen.
Outside there is a wooden deck area with sunbeds and quality mattresses. In front of them, there is a garden with 100 s.m. natural grass for hours of leisure..!
There is a barbecue for dining and for beachside relaxation all day and into the warm, starry nights there is pergola taking full advantage of the spectacular location.
It offers a comfortable, well-designed place to lay your head, lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea.In harmony with the natural environment, it’s charmingly simple, inside and out. The various covered terraces and comfortable seating areas afford plenty of room to spread out or gather together as desired.
Ten minutes away is the city of Ierapetra, from where you can take a boat trip to the incredible Chryssi island. Whilst less than an hour away is the famous Ag. Nikolaos and Elounda.
Here, you can slow down; enjoy sun, sea and sand, and soak up the experience of being treated like a guest and not a tourist. It is a place to be cast away and to hear the song of the sea; a place for children to play amongst the dunes and make up stories of distant lands. And for adults, it is a place to let your hair down, or put your feet up, away from the vagaries of everyday life.
The town of Ierapetra is located on the southeast coast of Crete, along the beach of Ierapetra Bay. It lies south of Agios Nikolaos and southwest of Sitia and is an important regional centre. With its 16,139 inhabitants (2011) it is the most populous town in the regional unit of Lasithi, and the fourth town of Crete. Ierapetra is nicknamed "bride of the Libyan Sea" because of its position as the only town on the south coast of Crete.
