Even though check - in can be done automatically we always meet and settle our guests into the villa making sure they are 100% comfortable and aware of the villa amenities and spaces. Any kind of help at a 24h basis will definitely be offered to guests by me or a member of my family so please feel comfortable and relaxed because we are here to assist you and try to make your stay memorable. The property has an ecological pool (chlorine free), full filtered water in all facilities and the cleaning is made with ecological detergents. At the same time we try maintain a minimal and at the same time cosy interior and exterior of the villa.
The neighborhood is a very quiet one (24/7 extra quiet for the vast majority of the time) couple of hundred metres away from the main street and at the same time very close to the public transportation (bus stop) on a 5 minutes walking distance. The villa has a 2 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes on foot access to the most of the main services such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping shops, gas stations etc. The closest sandy beach (Kalathas) is on 6 minutes by car but there is plenty of others within 10 minutes by car. The territory has quick access to the national road for great daily excursions! (Elafonisi, Rethimno, Falasarna etc)
