It is amazing how the beauty of Ermoupolis city is embodied in the premises of the villa. The living rooms with the objects d’art, the comfortable bedrooms and the balcony views to the sea, the sunset and the sunrise, the impressive Agios Nikolaos church and the vivid city life.
It is not much of a surprise that in 1989, the Greek Ministry of Culture awarded the Villa as a “Special Architectural Ermoupolis Monument”.
The villa covers 280 m² on two floors, in a total property of 350 m² and can accommodate up to 7 persons in 3 bedrooms served by 2 bathrooms.
Climb up the wooden stairs that lead you to the first floor of villa Mare Vista. The living rooms, bedrooms, the kitchen, the dining room, the study and the balconies with the stunning view will enchant you. A 120 m² living room decorated with unique pieces of art, furnished with inviting sofas and arm chairs, whereas the villa’s study becomes the perfect place for leisurely moments with your company. Dine in style at the stunning dining room that can seat up to 8 people. The villa’s main kitchen (15 m²) is fully equipped with every modern amenity, including a dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, microwave oven, filter coffee and espresso makers, oven and a table for 4.
A large bedroom (30 m²) facing the sea with a double bed (1.60X2.00m) is located on the same floor. The bedroom features its very own veranda with panoramic views of the area.
The villa’s main bathroom (12 m²) is also located on the first floor and is decorated with frescoes. Here, you will enjoy taking long baths in the big circular bathtub.
The second living room is the entertainment room. It is approximately 30 m² and it is fully furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a dining table for 4, a big flat screen TV with satellite channels (OTE TV is also available) and DVD/CD player that spreads the music across the living spaces of the villa.
Next to the second living room there is the second bedroom of the first floor with a king size bed (1.80X2.00m) and access to the veranda.
The veranda at this level is the villa’s gem. It is just above the sea with amazing views to the sea that is considered one of the most beautiful in the Aegean. Various movies and commercial productions have been shot in this very veranda, where you will also find a day bed and a dining table for 8.
The Second Floor of the villa consists of an open plan area (40 m²) with a double bed (1.60X2.00m) a bathroom with shower and a small dining table for 4 and a kitchenette.
The second floor’s veranda (40 m²) has a wooden deck, sun loungers and a day bed. This is the highest spot in the neighborhood, from where guests will enjoy stunning panoramic views to the city.

The villa is ideal for visiting the landmarks, museums and churches of Ermoupolis, such as the Miaoulis Square, the Mayor’s House built by Ernest Chiller in 1898 and the Apollon Theater built by Pietro Sampo in 1864. Climb up to Ano Syros to visit the catholic church of Agios Georgios (Saint George). From the villa guests can visit the Syros hinterland with several points of interest and the wonderful beaches of the island.
