Villa Mood is a recently-built and superbly interior designed 1-bedroom villa. the Villa is located in the area of ‘Punda’ on the island of Paros. The villa offers direct views towards the sea and the island of Naxos.  It also boasts its own private swimming pool, and limited use of a Jacuzzi. Villa Mood artfully combines local traditional elements with a minimal modern design.

Up to 6 people can be accommodated in 2 double beds and 2 comfy built single sofa beds in the living room. Its outdoor spaces are abundant in sitting areas, sea views and charm. All outdoor and indoor spaces have been tastefully designed. The aim was to create the ideal space for summer chillaxing in the heart of the Aegean Sea. Villa Mood includes a beautiful large living room complete with a couple of coffee tables, a 40’’ flat-screen TV and 2 single built sofas. These also serve as comfortable beds for extra guests at night.  It also offers lovely views towards the garden and sea, and a dining area for 4 people. The open plan kitchen offers all modern amenities. This includes a ceramic stove and a large fridge.

The design of the bedroom is minimal, creating a peaceful atmosphere for your summer vacation. It also boasts views towards the garden and a smaller flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a powerful shower and a washing machine.

Villa Mood is totally immersed in the unique surrounding Cycladean landscape. Its outdoor spaces will leave you spoilt for choice. The views towards the sea are breath-taking from the Jacuzzi and the swimming pool area.

You can also enjoy them from most of the abundant sitting areas offered around the house. These include a large dining area with a table that can cater up to 12 people. Another area with lounge chairs is also offered. This is ideal for enjoying your coffee, sipping a cocktail, a glass of wine and drinks throughout the day. Six beach reclining chairs are spread around the pool. A most beloved space is the shaded hammock area. The ideal space to chill, read a book or just take in the views towards the blue sea and horizon.

The maintenance of the outdoor areas of Villa Mood is daily and free of charge. So all you need to do is simply relax and enjoy your time here!

The area around Villa Mood is one of the most scenic and colourful areas on the island. The villa is close to the celebrated Punda Beach in Paros, one of the most organised and popular beaches on the island. There you will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

A public bus runs a regular service to Punda Beach from Parikia Port. The itinerary can be provided at request. However, buses can often be infrequent. We recommend that you rent a car for the duration of your stay. 

This will enable you to experience the diverse beauty permeating the whole island of Paros. That way you can also discover its hideaways, magnificent contradictions and surprises. Taxi drivers and transfer options are available upon request.

There are also more ‘local’ and peaceful smaller beachesaround, so you could enjoy a variety of beach ‘choices’. Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of Villa Mood during their stay. This includes the large patio, the garden and the pool. You can therefore choose to relax indoors in the living room, or on the large outdoor area, at any time.
