For a considerable period of time, the house was abandoned. It has recently been renovated in a manner completely respectful to the history of the place and its interior furniture and decoration. In the front yard and all around the place, apart from the blooming garden, there is a 1000m2 orchard full of fruit trees and herbals.
The Mansion offers an impressive view of Volos city and its port as well as that of Pagasitigos Gulf. It combines the romantic sense of the beginnings of the previous century with all modern facilities, so the feeling of being its guest is unique.
Villa Orabella is a two-storey house which can accommodate up to six adults and a child.
Ground floor: On opening the ground floor entrance door, a cozy welcome room invites the guest into the Mansion. Moving on, you meet the wooden staircase, two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The master bedroom is furnished originally with items of the previous century. The wooden rooftop, the hand-made chandelier and the magnificent double bed offer a romantic feeling of a different era. Two large windows view the sea and Pelion mountain respectively offering endless relaxation. The bedroom features a 39-inch TFT TV set.
The second bedroom is also furnished with original hand-made items. Accommodation includes a double bed and a sliding single one with anatomical mattresses. The wooden rooftop and the nice lighting match the stylish furniture including a clever desk on the window sill. This window offers a spectacular view to the sea.
Kitchen: Start your day preparing your breakfast in the Mansion’s kitchen, a large room with wooden cupboards and an elegant dining table. Relax on the small couch and let yourself be taken in by the magnificent sea view. Facilities are plenty: fridge freezer, electric ceramic hob and oven, microwave oven, filter coffee-maker, juicer, jug kettle, toaster, anti-alkaline water filter, dishwasher and a radio cd-player.
Bathroom: The two-room bathroom offers all modern facilities, another relaxation spot. It also features Jacuzzi and Hamam (used upon request) baths.
The First Floor/attic: The attic comes as a surprise to the guest of the house. Its wooden linings accompanied by the original stylish furniture takes you back to life into a different epoch. Its two large windows and the wooden French door lead you to their magnificent view. It is a living room, a dining room with an office altogether. Furniture includes a double bed and a single bed. The room features a 40-inch TFT TV set, a Blue–ray player and a video player.

The Outdoors area of the villa (front yard and orchard) covers 1000m2. The patio is a large spacious stone-paved area surrounded by trees and blooming flowers. There you can find an outdoor dining room right next to the Mansion’s kitchen. Guests can also enjoy their coffee or a drink at night at the large wooden kiosk. There are also many different spots with outdoor furniture all over the place. The orchard is a multi-layered area full of fruit trees, next to the front yard. Guests can find there many different species of herbals which Pelion mountain is famous for.
