Villa Samie is a recently-built and stylishly interior designed 2-bedroom villa. The villa is close to the famous ‘Punda’ Beach in Paros and all that it offers. It can accommodate up to 5 people for a fantastic holiday experience.

The villa boasts superb direct views towards the sea and the island of Naxos from both indoor and outdoor spaces. It offers all modern amenities plus a garden with a private swimming pool and plenty of sitting areas, as well as limited use of a Jacuzzi.

Villa Samie is the perfect getaway to indulge in some seriously chilled Cycladic summer living. Tastefully designed Villa Samie combines comfortable living with the fusion of modern yet also traditional local elements. The aim was to create a peaceful indoor space which blends serenely with the unique Cycladic landscape that defines Paros. Especially the colours of the earth, the rocks, the sky, and the sea.

The living room includes a large sofa-bed which can also serve as an extra bed for a 5th guest. It also includes a coffee table, a 40” flat-screen TV and a small stereo.

An open plan kitchen and a large dining area are offered. The first bedroom includes a double bed and the second bedroom 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are minimally interior-designed. Soft colours and shades have been utilised to create a simply relaxing atmosphere. Both bedrooms include smaller flat-screen TV’s. The villa also has one large bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor space is equally charming. It includes a large garden, a private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. It also boasts a dining area and plenty of sitting areas to choose from. All face the sea and blue horizon, as well as the island of Naxos.

You could enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner, or sip cocktails, a glass of wine and drinks in any of the comfortable sitting areas. That way you can simply make the most of the lovely views towards the sea! The maintenance of the outdoor areas of Villa Samie is daily and free of charge. So all you need to do is simply relax and enjoy your time here!

The area around Villa Samie is one of the most scenic and colourful areas on the island. The villa is close to the celebrated Punda Beach in Paros, one of the most organised and popular beaches on the island. There you will find an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. There are also more ‘local’ and peaceful smaller beaches around, so you could enjoy a variety of beach ‘choices’. Villa Samie is just a few minutes’ walk from the well-known Punda Beach in Paros. A public bus runs a regular service to Punda Beach from Parikia Port. The itinerary can be provided at request. However, buses can often be infrequent. We recommend that you rent a car for the duration of your stay.

This will enable you to experience the diverse beauty permeating the whole island of Paros. That way you can also discover its hideaways, magnificent contradictions and surprises. Taxi drivers and transfer options are available upon request.
