Seal Lefkada is a 5-bedroom summer retreat on Lefkas island. Comfort, simplicity and elegant taste give their mark to a genuine luxury, offering the material comforts of the city in the heart of the country. There are two completely independent modern houses situated in a plot of 8000 sqm in an idyllic location on the side of a hill with views over the gulf of Poros and the islets of Lefkada. The two houses are 40m apart to ensure privacy. Seal is enveloped in the perfumes of lavender, thyme and oregano which flourish in the mainly wild gardens of the estate.

Seal Villa is a 4-Bedroom 180sqm property consisting of 3 levels. Set in a Mediterranean 4000 sq.ms plot with olive trees, lavenders, oregano and thyme, it enjoys panoramic views of the Ionian sea ranging from Mikros Gialos bay to Lefkada’s satellite islands of Meganisi, Kithros, Atokos and Arkoudi. Spend your lazy days by the private, infinity swimming pool enjoying the stunning views that the landscape offers.

It is 40 meters away from the smaller villa located on the same estate and the trees and bushes amongst them act as a natural screen to secure privacy. While totally independent from the cottage, it can be rented together with Seal Junior for larger parties.

Private swimming pool with built-in steps (10x 4 m.) splits the outdoor living area in 2 terraces; the sunbeds (8 pcs) at one side, the sitting and the ‘al fresco’ dining, comfortably seating 10 people at the other side. A grand colonnaded loggia provides extra shaded area. A separated breakfast area in southern French style shaded with olive trees. BBQ. The view is awesome!

Seal Junior is a beautifully decorated cottage on two floors ideal for a romantic holiday or honeymoon. It is a 70 sqm stone-built cottage in a traditional Ionian architecture decorated with stylish antique and modern elements. The open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area leads out onto a lovely veranda with private swimming pool (17 sqm with built-in steps) and stunning sea views. Just below the veranda is a curtained outdoor sitting and dining area surrounded by Mediterranean trees and shrubs where you may relax and enjoy the superb views over the headland and beyond to the Ionian Islands dotted across the water.

Seal retreat is located at the southeast part of Lefkada island, up to a hill overlooking the gulf of Rouda and Syvota. Approximately 5 km away is the traditional village of Syvota, a natural picturesque bay that allows yachts mooring and with some of the most popular fishtavernas of the island. The nearest beach is Amouso, a small calm bay with the characteristic clear blue colour of the water. Vasiliki (10 km) is one of the best places in Europe for windsurfing. The village has several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, health center and a pharmacy. From there, the pretty beach of Agiofili can be reached with the regular boat.
