You may leave your car in the free private parking and reach the terraces and the house through an external staircase. Villa Tomi occupies first floor and attic. Up to 6 persons can stay in the 105 sq.m. space. It is fully independent with two entrances.
You will stay in a relaxing and comfortable space immersed in olive trees and greeneries, that will welcome you and follow during your Corfiot holiday. Forget about troubles and noise filled daily life and abandon yourself in your new experience.
After you go round and swim all day in the surrounding beaches, spend your oneiric afternoon and evening happy hours on the villa’s 120 sq.m. terraces, before your night exodus.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow your gastronomic experiences. You can have lunch or dinner outside, in the 25 sq.m. covered veranda or under the moonlight and brilliant stars, or inside in the living room. If you are inspired, plan a pick nick in the garden under our olive trees and take a siesta on the grass under their shadow.
The living room is the heart of the villa connected to all spaces from where a staircase brings to the attic and the upper terrace. Large beds will tenderly make you dream sweet dreams. You have two bedrooms with double beds at the lower level and one up into the attic with a double and a single bed. Large closets will keep your clothes clean and away from dust.
Discreet artificial lighting creates e velvety nocturne atmosphere. If you wish, a corner desk is available for your long distance work. A large flat screen television will offer entertainment and deserved lazy time. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wireless internet connection is offered.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
