Every evening guests get to experience spectacular sunsets. This recently built villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms, with space for an extra two children if needed. The infinity pool has to be seen to be believed – with a long area for lap swimming and a shorter, shallow adjoining area with jet sprays for lounging and socialising. The expansive pool deck is where one can sunbathe or read under the shade of the two pergolas. A footpath through the olive grove leads you down to the seafront.
For larger groups, Villa Triesti can be rented together with Villa Jolandi. The villas are located near each other but each is completely private.
Villa Triesti lies on a plot of 1.7 acres and was designed by Syros-based architect Giorgos Evripiotis. The building follows the contour of the coastline – only 100 metres away – and benefits from a generous 280sqm of interior living space and 700sqm of outdoor space. There are 4 bedrooms – 3 of which are ensuite – sleeping up to 8 people comfortably – with options for a further 2 people children. The property has 5 bathrooms.
The upper level comprises the living, dining and kitchen areas in an open plan layout. All bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the lower level. There is air-conditioning and central heating throughout. This property is perfect for groups wanting to spending time together but the generous outdoor spaces on both levels afford guests the chance to spend some quiet time alone.
You will be charmed immediately by its impressive architecture which is unique in Cyclades! This is the island where Greek tradition and western influence come to a harmonious marriage. Ermoúpoli (meaning “the city of Hermes”) is the island’s capital town and has been the first important trade and industrial centre of the country in the 19th century. Evidence of this glorious past can be seen on public buildings (the City Hall, the Customs Office, “Apollo” theatre), on the neoclassical houses and at the beautiful squares. Due to its economic activity, Ermoúpoli has been called “Manchester of Greece” and the history of its years of blossom is exhibited in the Industrial Museum.
