Great villa

The location is magnificent!!! At the middle of a cliff in front of the sea. The privet pool is wonderful, our 4.5 and 2.5 girls felt conferrable enough to swim without holding us for the first time. The hosts are very kind, helpful and give you the feeling that you are very very welcome.

Amazing! quiet, relaxing and tasty

The hosts are amazingly nice and helpful, the villa is very cozy and the garden with the private pool is awesome and relaxing. The breakfast is also great with home-made jams and freshly picked vegetables. The cook is splendid and can fix a lunch or dinner. The place is quiet and a little far from touring centers which is great if you're looking for some peace and quiet - there is a beach 2 min walking from the villas but we preferred other beaches along the coast. All in all, we loved the place and the hosts and will highly recommend others to go there - we will surely be back. Thanks Demitry and Mariana for a fantastic vacation!

Great villa

Together with my family I spent 5 wonderful days at Marietta’s place. We were with some friends who were also enthusiastic about the place. The apartment enjoys a wonderful view over the bay and all details are very very well taken care of (towels, pottery, furniture). The pictures on airbnb do not give an appropriate view of how charming the place is. Marietta offered us breakfast every morning and everything was delicious and prepared with a high level of elegance and taste (bread, cookies, waffles, jams and cakes all home made). In addition, Marietta and her husband (that live next door) are very nice and always ready to help with advice and organizing things. In brief, I would strongly suggest Marietta’s place for people who are looking for a special place in Patmos.

Make yourself at Home

When you stay at Villa Matia, I definitely said "Make yourself at home." We would like to thank Marietta and Fredy for their amazing hospitality. They were a very friendly host, always thinking of ways to make our trip unforgettable. When we stayed at Villa Matia, it was our 15th wedding anniversary; Mariatta made us a surprise anniversary cake that we never forget. The house was in a spectacular location above a bay on the island of Patmos, stylish, cool, and spacious with amazing view. Villa is based on traditional Patmian design and architecture that reflect the island’s spirit and beauty. We will definitely stay there again!!
