The mansion is located in the city centre where landmarks of Greek history and modern restaurants and bars, as well as the cultural centre, are found. The area of Plaka is the old historical neighborhood of Athens, clustered around the northern and eastern slopes of the Acropolis, and incorporating labyrinthine streets and neoclassical architecture. Plaka is built on top of the residential areas of the ancient town of Athens. It is known as the "Neighborhood of the Gods" due to its proximity to the Acropolis and its many archaeological sites. Moving around through narrow streets, most of them marble-paved, you will find youself around buildings of remarkable and uncanny architectural value. At its heart, you will find the two major streets, Kydatheneon and Adrianou, interconnected by picturesque alleys and pathways. Ideal pedestrian routes for walking around, undisturbed by traffic, guide you through the yet to be explored part of Athens; the part that brings together elements of Greek, Roman and Turkish origins. This is the perfect spot to capture the essence of Greece.
Apart from the local souvenir shops, traditional restaurants and quaint cafes scattered all around, you will also come across numerous archaeological sites. Leaving Dionysiou Areopagitou Street (where the Acropolis museum is) and upon entering Vyronos Street moving towards Monastiraki square, the first monument you’ll see is the Choragic Monument of Lysicrates. Then, you will find the Roman Agora, where you can also admire the Tower of the Winds, the Fethiye Mosque and the Gate of Athena Archegetis. Opposite from the Tower is the Gate of Medrese, originally a theological school and a prison during the Ottoman rule in Greece. Next to it there is the Museum of Greek Folk Musical Instruments, which presents the musical tradition and history of Greece.
Do not miss a walk to Anafiotika. Just beneath the eastern side of Acropolis and above Plaka, there lies the small neighborhood built by stone masons and architects coming from the island of Anafi. They were brought to Athens to build King Otto’s Palace and missed their home so much that built a whole new neighborhood like an island. Wandering around its narrow alleys, you get to the spot with the most spectacular view of Athens and Lycabettus right at your feet. If you want to experience what it feels like to walk the streets of any island of the Aegean Sea, you don’t have to look far. All you have to do is to visit Anafiotika.

Votre réservation est confirmée dès réception de l’acompte. À partir de ce moment, notre équipe de conciergerie dédiée prend le relais pour organiser tous les services demandés et personnaliser votre séjour afin de le rendre exceptionnel du début à la fin.
Afin de garantir votre réservation, un acompte doit être versé dans un délai de 3 jours ouvrés après la signature de votre contrat.
Le solde restant est à régler au plus tard deux mois avant le début de votre période de location, vous offrant ainsi flexibilité et tranquillité d’esprit dans la préparation de votre séjour.
Avant votre arrivée, un dépôt de garantie sera demandé afin de couvrir d’éventuels dommages durant votre séjour. Le montant exact sera indiqué dans votre contrat de location et peut être communiqué à tout moment par votre conseiller avant la réservation.
Dans le cas peu probable où des réparations ou remplacements seraient nécessaires, le dépôt sera utilisé sur la base de preuves fournies par le propriétaire. Aucun montant ne sera retenu sans inspection complète et en toute transparence.
Pour toute annulation effectuée plus de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, l’acompte de 35 % n’est pas remboursable.
Pour toute annulation effectuée moins de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, si le paiement total a déjà été effectué (8 semaines avant l’arrivée), ou en cas de non-présentation ou de départ anticipé, 100 % du montant de la location sera facturé.
