A house once a bridge connecting the island with the mainland so that one can feel the power of union and offer, then a threshing house for the hard work of threshing of grain to feel the energy of time and the value of history, but also a traditional stoned house which hosted once life from the last century to feel its warmth and welcome.Housed in a stone building of 1910 that was originally an important commercial station transporting local products such as olive oil, olives and salt from Crete to the Peloponnese, Kythera and the mainland of Greece - and then undertook a variety of activities: from a rain threshing for the inhabitants of the surrounding area, it finally transformed into a beach house for the last quarter of the century.
The history of this stoned house by the sea has been rewritten. In 2016 was renovated with the greatest historic respect with finesse and care making significant additions as required for a modern and comfortable accommodation. Located on the beach only 30 meters from the sea, the interior space of the house occupies 64 sqm, while the outer space unfolds on 1.5 acre. Fully renovated, it combines a discreet casual elegance of the past and all the comforts of modern times.
It has 1 bedroom with double bed (king size bed), 2 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), and a comfortable seating lounge.
The aspect of harmony and eclectic design is completed with the swimming pool of 4,5m x 10m that has been specially designed in total harmony with nature: water lilies and bamboo form this special and unique character. The star gazing roof top was reformed and surely adds another enjoyment element to the House. After sunset it is the place that transforms into a sky for stars and constellations. Under the starry sky, comfortable pillows, and decorative elements create a unique setting to enjoy the purity of the celestial dome after sunset.
Outdoor seating area, comfortable lounges, outdoor dining and bbq are the elements that compose the outdoor relaxation areas for reading and sunbathing.
Raw natural materials and traditional modern aesthetic elements in earthy tones put their signature and form a space of high aesthetics and comfort that invites you to meet it.

Votre réservation est confirmée dès réception de l’acompte. À partir de ce moment, notre équipe de conciergerie dédiée prend le relais pour organiser tous les services demandés et personnaliser votre séjour afin de le rendre exceptionnel du début à la fin.
Afin de garantir votre réservation, un acompte doit être versé dans un délai de 3 jours ouvrés après la signature de votre contrat.
Le solde restant est à régler au plus tard deux mois avant le début de votre période de location, vous offrant ainsi flexibilité et tranquillité d’esprit dans la préparation de votre séjour.
Avant votre arrivée, un dépôt de garantie sera demandé afin de couvrir d’éventuels dommages durant votre séjour. Le montant exact sera indiqué dans votre contrat de location et peut être communiqué à tout moment par votre conseiller avant la réservation.
Dans le cas peu probable où des réparations ou remplacements seraient nécessaires, le dépôt sera utilisé sur la base de preuves fournies par le propriétaire. Aucun montant ne sera retenu sans inspection complète et en toute transparence.
Pour toute annulation effectuée plus de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, l’acompte de 35 % n’est pas remboursable.
Pour toute annulation effectuée moins de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, si le paiement total a déjà été effectué (8 semaines avant l’arrivée), ou en cas de non-présentation ou de départ anticipé, 100 % du montant de la location sera facturé.
