The minimal style of the indoor furniture and decoration in white and grey tones pays homage to traditional Cycladic simplicity with a contemporary twist and highlights even more the amazing views. Walls are white with polished cement floorings creating a special atmosphere. The villa can sleep 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms in three levels, while there is an autonomous guest house (in a traditional stable called Keli, meaning cell) which can be used as a fifth bedroom.
The infinity pool is the perfect spot for lazy hours gazing this amazing island panorama. Under the beautifully designed pergola, protected by the island’s strong meltemi winds, the guests can enjoy delicious meals with the famous local products of the island, while the surrounding plot has a vegetable and herbs garden, from which the guests can use fresh products.
Located in the southeast side of Tinos close to Triantaros and Berdemiaros villages, the villas are ideal for total relaxation. The closest beach is 8 km drive away, while Tinos main town is a 15 minute drive.
Tinos is a special island, ideal for lovers of traditional architecture and nature. You can visit more than 50 traditional villages, each with distinct character, while it is considered a sacred island for the orthodox thanks to the church of Panagia Megalochari (the Blessed Virgin Mary). You can also enjoy great hikes or horse riding in scenic trails, and choose among many beaches.
The tranquility of the island is very much in evidence but it equally offers modern amenities and facilities including bank services, ATM, yacht marina and helipad. Tinos is well-connected to numerous other interesting islands including Mykonos, Andros, Syros, Naxos, Paros, Antiparos and Crete.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Filled with built-in double beds, wooden ceiling with ceiling fans, charming decoration offering a light, airy and relaxing atmosphere that is mirrored in the lovely outdoor areas. Walls are white with polished cement floorings giving a minimalized atmosphere. The villa is down to its last detail designed to induce a sense of ultimate relaxation.
On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, stereo system and Air Condition, dining table for 6, open plan fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (12 sq. metres) with en-suite shower rooms and closets as well as a guest WC.
On the first floor you will find a Master bedroom (17 sq. metres) with and amazing view, closets, en–suite shower room, air-conditioning and TV
And on the lower floor a twin bedroom (22 sq. metres) with closets, en-suite shower room
In the outside area a shaded dining area with a dining table for 16 Swimming pool (Dimensions: 3,32X8,20): Eco-friendly technology as water disinfection is achieved with the use of an advanced ZODIAC salt electrolysis system, without using chlorine tablets, ensuring a pleasant and healthy swim.

Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
