Each villa has two separate levels with spacious terraces and is surrounded by the serene atmosphere of Kis’s gardens, while the setting is completed by the song of the small stream that starts from the nearby spring.
Kis Pool Villas offer a wonderful corner of relaxation and rest, the perfect end to a day of exploring the nearby castle town and the surrounding area. On cooler evenings or during winter, their fireplace invites us around to share unique moments of warmth.
Kis villa does not seek to impose a predetermined programme on the guest; on the contrary: we always seek to provide you with the freedom to create your own experiences and moments. The spacious, independent living and dining area has been designed with total privacy in mind, so that guests can dine in their own space in the way they wish. Thus, the excellent food, accompanied by the wine that matures in our cellars, becomes a unique experience with the background of the starry sky of Monemvasia, the view of cypress trees and olive groves from the villa’s terrace.
Located in the village of Agios Stefanos, 7 km southwest of Monemvasia in the southern Peloponnese and is built on the edge of the “Ibrahim Bay” estate. The fertile grounds of the estate, now 25 acres in size, includes perennial olives, citrus trees and especially the old orange grove that produces the famous oranges of Monemvasia, fruit trees that have been there since the beginning of the 19th century (and those that had disappeared, replaced by local varieties), imposing cypress trees, oversized historic century-old eucalyptus trees, orchards with horticultural, ornamental and aromatic plants and herbs.
Monemvasia, known to the Franks as ‘Malvasia’, is a historic town in the eastern Peloponnese, in the province of Epidaurus Limiras, in the prefecture of Laconia. It is best known for its medieval fortress, on the homonymous ‘Rock of Monemvasia’, which is a small island connected by a bridge to the current beach of the settlement. The surviving buildings and structures of the castle include defensive structures of the outer wall and several small Byzantine churches.

Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
