The villa is a three level villa. At the first level, there are two en suite bedrooms. On the second level there is a swimming pool, a living room, a dining room, a WC, a kitchen and an en suite bedroom (double bed). On the third level there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, also there is a bathroom at this level. All levels are interconnected with internal stairs.

Also another famous and well organised beach along with beach bars is Perivolos, 10,5 Km away from the villa and about 15 minutes by car.
