Nestled in the Gulf of Gera protected in Natura 2000 area and on a 6000m² olive grove (80 olive trees) the Villa Blandine, will allow you to relax and enjoy a happy break.The main attraction of Villa Blandine lies in the multiple choices available to you to meet your desires. The huge bay windows can disappear to offer you a direct panoramic view of the sea. You will also appreciate the charm of the inside / outside which takes on its full meaning during the summer period: during the day, the house closes to preserve the freshness brought by air conditioning and in the evening, it opens to offer you the entire olive grove as a place to relax.
The same goes for the tables: at mealtime, you can choose the coolness of the patio or the proximity to the private beach with the table under a century-old pine tree.
A few rugs on the floor, hammocks and deck chairs will seduce you, inviting you to relax. And what a joy, upon waking up or after a swim, to appreciate the freshness of a shower facing the imperturbable sea!
Finally, to entertain adults and children, several games are at your disposal: perhaps an opportunity to learn tavli, the local backgammon which men still play regularly in the Kafeneio of the island. Unless you prefer to dive into one of the books in the library or organize a cinema paradiso session indoors or on the patio...
The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The beds facing the sea offer you a unique view of the Gulf of Gera and the olive grove.The awakenings are gentle, the eyes lost in the expanse of the sea. At siesta time, it is good to stay inside to curl up in the freshness of the linen sheets. All rooms have individual air conditioning and exterior sliding shutters to protect themselves from prying eyes and the morning sun...
The Studio is a real cozy nest, separated from the main house by the patio. It has a double view of the gulf. It is equipped with a 180 wide bed, a sofa and an open dressing room. For gentle awakenings, it also has a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a fridge. Its private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a single washbasin and a toilet. The sofa can be transformed into a single bed if needed.
The Master Bedroom is equipped with a 160 wide bed and a large open dressing room. Its private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and a simple washbasin dressed in old cement tiles which give it a very special charm. The shower gives direct access to a small private terrace protected by aerial curtains
The Guest Room is equipped with a 160 wide bed and an open dressing room. Just cross the hall to take advantage of its bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a single washbasin. The independent toilets are contiguous to the bathroom.

Une fois la disponibilité confirmée, vous recevrez les détails de la réservation ainsi que les conditions pour validation.
Votre réservation est confirmée dès réception de l’acompte. À partir de ce moment, notre équipe de conciergerie dédiée prend le relais pour organiser tous les services demandés et personnaliser votre séjour afin de le rendre exceptionnel du début à la fin.
Afin de garantir votre réservation, un acompte doit être versé dans un délai de 3 jours ouvrés après la signature de votre contrat.
Le solde restant est à régler au plus tard deux mois avant le début de votre période de location, vous offrant ainsi flexibilité et tranquillité d’esprit dans la préparation de votre séjour.
Avant votre arrivée, un dépôt de garantie sera demandé afin de couvrir d’éventuels dommages durant votre séjour. Le montant exact sera indiqué dans votre contrat de location et peut être communiqué à tout moment par votre conseiller avant la réservation.
Dans le cas peu probable où des réparations ou remplacements seraient nécessaires, le dépôt sera utilisé sur la base de preuves fournies par le propriétaire. Aucun montant ne sera retenu sans inspection complète et en toute transparence.
Pour toute annulation effectuée plus de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, l’acompte de 35 % n’est pas remboursable.
Pour toute annulation effectuée moins de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, si le paiement total a déjà été effectué (8 semaines avant l’arrivée), ou en cas de non-présentation ou de départ anticipé, 100 % du montant de la location sera facturé.
