Inside the gate there is plenty of space for parking, a large garden, a swimming pool with children's area and a purpose built BBQ. The villa has TV/Satellite TV & free WIFI throughout, a safe in each house for your important documents plus a First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher. Each house is fitted with 100% cotton bed linen, soft bathroom towels and extra pool towels for each guest. We provide a welcome basket, shampoos, hair conditioner and body cream.

House1 – Sleeps 4-5

With a luxurious interior and tasteful decor House1 is a two storey semi-detached 80m² designed stone built house. It can sleep 4 people with 2 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with orthopaedic mattresses & shuttered windows and a comfortable sofa bed downstairs for 1 guest. 

Lower Floor

Kitchen & Dining Room: a spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric stove/oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, large fridge freezer, apron, steam iron, a dining table that seats six and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 guest. A highchair for children and crib are available on request. Air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI.

Bathroom: a few steps up lead to a bathroom with a toilet, shower cabin, wash basin and hair dryer.

Double Bedroom: The first bedroom, with an orthopaedic mattress on a double bed, lies at the front of the house. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.

Top Floor

Twin Bedroom: 2 single beds with orthopaedic mattresses and en-suite WC. It offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool.

Large Veranda: This bedroom has a second larger veranda with a spectacular mountain view at the back & overlooking the pool at the front and a table for 6 people.

With a luxurious interior and tasteful decor is a single storey 40m² designed stone built house. It can sleep 2 people in a comfortable air conditioned bedroom with shuttered windows and orthopaedic mattress.

Clitia Villa in Haliokunas is within short distance from the big picturesque village of Agios Mattheos, one of the oldest and most beautiful traditional villages of the inland built amphitheatrically at the foot of the mount Gamilio. A paved path takes you to the monastery of Pantokratoras on the top of the hill. On the top of the hill you can see ‘The hole of the Open Sea’, a cave which is believed to be connected to the sea.

There are supermarkets, Kosabelis cafe a traditional café serving Greek coffee and tavernas in the village. The taverna Rozina-Pavlos serves traditional food and can deliver your meal at home! The grill taverna 'Vlachos' makes delicious souvlaki and delivers food in the area. The supermarket ‘Coop Varagoulis’ in the center of the village can bring your shopping at home and even take you to and from the villa in their van to do the shopping yourself! There is also a doctor, pharmacy and post office in Agios Mattheos.
