Villa was built last summer on a large plot of 4,130m2 overlooking Ysterni bay and Tsoukalia beach and enjoying spectacular sea and island views; while it has all the advantages of being in quite and secluded surroundings, it is just a 12’ drive away from Naoussa, a 5 to 7’ drive to Ambelas and Tsoukalia beach, a 15’ drive to Santa Maria and a 12’ walk to the remoted small beach of Ysterni.
More specifically,consists of three sections: the three levels’ Main House; the Lower Wing and the independent Guest House. Each section enjoys large exterior lounging areas, pergolas and patios so that privacy of each guest is guaranteed.
The Main House consists at ground level, of the living room area with the adjacent open and fully equipped kitchen; there is direct and immediate access to the pergola, exterior lounge and dining area and further on to the infinity pool creating an impression of natural continuity between the interior and the exterior.
At the 1st floor of the Main House, the impressive and yet cozy master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and wardrobe is one of the most striking rooms of the villa with its independent and private veranda with wooden deck and original ramp made of solid rope overlooking the whole property and of course the pool and the sea.
At the lower level of the Main House, there are two master bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms with its light green details hosts two persons on a queen size bed while with its brown details hosts two guests separately or together.
Mid way from the lower level of the Main House to the Lower Building, one encounters the laundry room with two washing/drying machines and an auxiliary kitchen.
At the Lower Wing, there are two more master bedrooms : both of them equipped with queen size beds with each of their bathrooms being not en suite but only a couple of meters from the bedrooms’ door.One with its grey touch and one with its orange feel enjoy an immediate access to a large veranda with sunbeds in the shade and wonderful view to Naxos island. At the end of the wide corridor of the Lower Wing, one encounters the second living room which can easily be used also as an extra bedroom since its sofa is very comfortable and large. This living room has an access to the 2nd exterior pergola of the property with a built- in dining table. From this level one can walk to the main house from the exterior corridor along the pool or from the exterior stair case of the property.
At the upper level of the property, there is an independent guest house of approximately 40m2,which can host 4 persons in a queen size bed with a neighboring folding sofa.The guest house has its own kitchenette and of course its private bathroom and exit to its secluded veranda with amazing sea view.
At the level of the Main House the infinity pool of 5x15m remains the main central attraction of the multiple sun beds which are nicely distributed along the pool together with the adjacent open air stone bar make this part of Claire the place that guests will enjoy the most.
Next to the bar, there is also a pool shower and a bathroom. Close to that section, the BBQ and the stone oven can be used to create unforgettable memories to the lucky visitors. … There is a basket ball court and 3 shaded parking places. There is also a closed parking space currently used as storage house which can host various equipment needs (windsurf, boards, etc.. ).

Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
