The Domain Villa is built on a private plot (measuring 1500 square meters), in the village of Pantokratoras (Laganas). This is a near perfect location as it is quiet and peaceful, and just about 2 kilometers away from the tourist resort of Laganas.
It features many amenities as well as an ideal location for a fun and comfortable holiday whether you are with your family or your friends. The villa is attractively furnished to a high standard and thus a great choice for groups or families looking for a peaceful and spacious property, while still near the busy major resorts of the island.
The Domain villa is a paradise on earth, a vacation home where guests can enjoy a unique living experience.It measures 230 square meters and consists of two floors. The ground floor of the villa features an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room includes ample space and seating, Digea flat screen TV with Netflix as well as a PlayStation console (PS4).The kitchen features a large dining table and is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, frappe mixer, Tassimo coffee machine and toaster. There are also two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, three single beds and private bathroom with shower, WC and two sinks. The pretty staircase will lead you to the first floor where you will find two more bedrooms, both featuring a double and two single beds and a bathroom with shower, WC and two sinks.The outdoor areas are ample and welcoming. Spend your days under the sun and your nights under the stars…The modern swimming pool and comfy outdoor seating are enticing. The stone built bbq, outdoor bar and shaded dining area is the perfect surrounding for fun meals and celebrations.
In a small distance (2 kilometers) you will find the renowned tourist resort of Laganas. Here you will find many tavernas, restaurants, shops, bars and night clubs where you can party until the early morning hours. Laganas beach is one of the longest sandy beaches in Greece and a nesting place for the endangered Caretta sea turtle. Do not miss the opportunity to rent a boat and visit the beautiful Marathonisi Island, also known as Turtle Island. The crystal blue waters against the white sand are just magical to swim in. If you’re lucky you might even get a glimpse of the turtles that live in this area.
For a quiet evening by the sea, you can visit the traditional Keri village (6 kilometers away) and enjoy some fresh fish or Zakynthian delicacies at one of the local tavernas. Zakynthos town (10 kilometers away) is ideal for shopping on the pedestrian road, visiting churches and museums as well as enjoying coffee or a drink in one the many cute coffee shops in the historical squares or on the port road.

Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
