Villa Irsa comfortable and chic, named after Iris, the personification of the rainbow and messenger of the gods in Greek mythology, has been handcrafted and decorated to provide comfort and privacy with a more rustic but chic feel. On the ground floor the living room has a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for both formal and casual meals. Also on this level there is a large bedroom with two single beds that can turn into a double bed that has direct access to the terrace and a bathroom for its use. On the upper floor the spacious master bedroom is located with a private terrace offering great panorama views towards the sea and the village. This bedroom features an ensuite wash basin and large wardrobes and a desk-like private space for reading, working or just keeping personal belongings. The third is a double bedroom that also has a loft space with pillows and mattresses suitable to sleep an additional two more children, if needed. The two rooms share a bathroom on this level with high quality fittings.
The external space of Villa Irsa is unfolding into three distinct verandas, with the lower one integrating the private pool and deck area. The view towards the sea from the verandas is unique and unforgettable, while the vegetation and fencing provide privacy and security. The external dining area has a large built-in sofa with comfortable pillows and a large slate table under a redbud tree for endless summer conversations while drinking a glass of cool wine. At the back of the house there is an external kitchen area with built in BBQ space and large working bench, ideal for making those lovely dinners for you and your family or friends.
Villa Irsa features full Coco-Mat sleeping experience and Apivita bath amenities. Fully equipped kitchen with capacity to serve 8-12 guests. Includes spices, herbs and aromatic salts and peppers. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with 10 complimentary capsules, different types of tea and a complimentary bottle of the local spirit “tsipouro”. Villa Irsa has a flat screen TV that can connect to the internet, dishwasher and washing machine, board games, a large collection of books, plus toys and games for the children. Baby cot and high rise chair are available upon request as well as safety gates for the stairs. Umbrellas and seats for the beach are also provided.

Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
