Stunning villa with breathtaking views

From the moment we arrived, everything about this property was incredible. Stelios welcomed us warmly and gave us a thorough tour. The villa is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and Dia Island visible in the distance. The house was equipped with everything you'd need for a holiday and more. We were presented with a welcome hamper upon arrival—there was even wine! The villa was sparkling clean and stayed that way, thanks to the maid service. It was also incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our group of seven women. The main highlights of our trip included: Relaxing in the pool area. Using the bikes provided for a morning ride along the coast. Playing in our ping-pong tournaments. Having a BBQ in the well-equipped barbecue area. I've stayed at many different villas, and this one is definitely my favorite.

Villa Avgios

This place was truly wonderful!

This place was truly wonderful! Tucked away up on a hill, it had spectacular views and was so peaceful and private! We loved the several different outdoor areas to sit and relax and enjoy the views and the beautiful, large pool that was the perfect temperature- so refreshing! The inside of the villa was nicely done with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beds/pillows/linens were the best we experienced during our Greek Island vacation, so comfortable! Nice showers with plenty of hot water, great AC and very clean. Dimitris was always responsive and helpful. He also had water and fresh fruit for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful villa

The house was much more beautiful than it appeared in the photos… With wonderful interior/exterior design, functional spaces, cleanliness, surrounded by nature, and with a marvelous view. Spending time by the pool, having breakfast outside, preparing meals in the kitchen, and watching the sunset from the house were all very enjoyable. One of the most beautiful houses in Patmos… We highly recommend it :) Gregory and his sister were very attentive, the house was cleaned every day, and we would love to stay there again. Thank you for your positive energy and attention.

Amazing property in a fantastic location.

An amazing property in a fantastic location. We were a huge group (18 people), but still felt like we had tonnes of space and privacy. The grounds were massive and every family / group had their own place with a full kitchen. The beautiful little beaches and delicious tavernas at Marathi are very close to the property. They’re super-charming and not too touristy. A quick, easy walk (maybe 5 minutes?) and you’re swimming in the Med, surrounded by chilled, friendly Greeks on holiday. Bliss. Aggeliki was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay.

Perfect location, a few feet from the beach.

A 300 yr old windmill with 4 bedrooms on a beach with reserved loungers and Tavernas either side that both deliver cold beers directly to you! The surrounding area is also full of friendly bars and restaurants, but not too busy or loud and, of course, the magical Rhodes Town is only a 15 min taxi ride away. Chris & Anna were the perfect hosts - always available to make sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy this unique accommodation.
