Villa IalindaLovely Villa and Exceptional Service-Highly Recommend
We hosted our 4 children and 2 daughter in laws for the week and it was wonderful. Kea is a cozy and intimate island and Villa lalinda was a perfect base camp to explore it-private, but conveniently located. The outdoor living and pool area was perfect and the multiple levels and sitting areas gave everyone room to disconnect and recharge when desired. Sleeping accommodations were very nice with each room having its own temperature control so everyone was comfortable and rested for each day's adventures.

Our experience was exceptional due to Victor's assistance in creating and executing our itinerary. For example, we had our villa stocked with groceries in advance, ebikes delivered to the villa for our use on the island, a delicious private chef to prepare Father's Day dinner, private massages at the villa for everyone on the one afternoon that it rained, a private boating day to explore, a beautiful hike with a locally prepared and hosted picnic at the end for the summer solstice sunset, rental cars delivered to the ferry waiting for us, and amazing ladies stopped by every other day to check in and clean up as needed.

We loved the villa. (Know that there are many stairs inside and out to stretch your legs. That might be a problem for some with agility issues.)

This place was awesome. My whole family loved the place. Great location and great views. Very clean and very roomy. Marco, who helped us check-in and during our stay was fabulous. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to go to Santorini. If you need a place to stay in Santorini this is the place.

Villa CuoreAlmost perfect
We just spent a week at this lovely villa. There were six of us, my wife and I and my son and his family. The Villa is as advertized. The location is perfect for exploring Paros or just hanging out the whole time. The views of the sea at stunning. While it does not have direct beach access, beaches are in easy walking distance. There are many good restaurants close by. The housekeeping was perfect; Alexia is wonderful. She was there every day except when we asked her not to come. She was a delight and made us feel very much at home. I could not give the villa five stars for the following reasons; 1) no airconditioning in the living room, just fans, no toilet in the main downstairs area, and all the toilets are in the various bedrooms, three of which are not attached to the main house, the bedrooms are small and .only have double beds or twins (fully disclosed). There were a few small problems and the host/owner was extremely response.

First of all, I would like to say that MyGreek-Villa and especially Victor from the platform were extremely helpful and always super quick with any question/requests. The bad review was not caused by them. Now to the experience with the villa/owner. We had booked the villa for 18 guys. When we arrived at the villa, the owner Spyros came and he didnt look happy already. Instead of welcoming us and showing us around the villa, the first he he said was: "Hello. Tell me, what do you want to know?" We haven't seen the villa from inside or anything. Was a bit weird, but we asked some questions. Soon he started to state all kind of rules: no loud music/noise (even inside the villa)/ no alcohol / quiet hours from 3pm to 5.30pm and again after 11pm/ no diving in the pool, otherwise there won't be water in the pool(ridiculous, why else would you want to use a pool?). If we won't stick to his rules, he would kick us out. Nowhere during the booking, these rules were stated. He spoke to us in a rude way, we were very surprised. We just arrived, didn't do anything, but he already talked to us, like he's the police and we are his suspects. Not welcoming at all. Just within a few moments, the mood of the whole group was already down. During our stay, he came inside the villa to make inspections 3 to 4 times a day! I mean, if we are too loud and neighbors are complaining, sure he can come and tell us to be less noisy. But he just regularly came to check without any reason. There was no privacy, it felt like we are under his arrest. I mean he knew how many we are and we paid a good amount of money. You can't take the money, then make up new rules, and behave in this rude way. Additionally, when we booked, we agreed, that he would put an extra bed, which he didn't. Also the PlayStation was missing from the description. But these issues were clearly the least problematic. I'm not what his issue was. When reading the other reviews, the always praise the villa owner. Maybe it's because, we were a big group or because we all had brown skin. On the last day, he surprisingly became friendly. Probably because he realized we didn't cause any issue during the stay. But that's not the way how you treat guests. Never ever will I rent from Spyros again.
