Villa e location incantevoli, proprietari squisiti

Siamo arrivati a Matia villa con grandi aspettative riguardo alla villa ed alla sua posizione e siamo rimasti incantati. La location è fantastica : il panorama mozzafiato e l'animazione (tuttavia silenziosa) del golfo e del porto di Patmos fanno desiderare di trascorrere lunghi momenti sui terrazzi di casa. L'arredamento è grandissimo gusto e percorre, con attenzione ai dettagli, la tradizione delle case storiche dell'isola. La dislocazione su due piani è ben studiata e offre momenti e spazi diversi per tutti gli occupanti. La dotazione (elettrodomestici, televisioni, impianto stereo, lettori, wi-fi, impianto di condizionamento, ...) è molto completa e la disponibilità dei proprietari squisita: Marietta e Fredy fanno sentire gli ospiti coccolati, sono sempre disponibili per suggerimenti ed aiuto, ma non sono mai invadenti. E' certamente una casa in cui sogniamo di tornare.

Magnificent villa with awe-inspiring views of the island

Villa Matia offered us one of the most amazing stays during our wedding week on the island. Our villa was exceptionally furnished tastefully combining island tradition and minimalism. Fabrics were sumptuous (from linens to beach towels) and the entire villa was focused on functional details optimizing our experience to the fullest extent. The hostess (Marietta) demonstrated an exceptional level of customer service making our mornings even better with their traditional homemade breakfast (from traditional pies to freshly baked muffins, you could just ask for whatever you wanted to satisfy your cravings). The spa facilities and the villa's private pool with the stunning island views completed what was a unique experience for us. Planning to visit again soon!

Villa Nita

Perfect villa

Great view and location. Easy to find as it is by the main road which leads to Triopetra beach - 2 minute drive. Fridge was full with surprises (water, juice, wine, raki, cheese, butter, marmalades,fresh fruits,..) You have all you need in the house from a washing/drie mashine to Nespreso coffee mashine. You need to have a car to take advantage of the location and explore the beauties of the south. A must is a stop at the taverna Filenia

Villa Sarita

Perfect Villa, Perfect Host, Perfect location, what more could you ask for

We loved everything, the property, the location, but the host were the best. They made our holiday exceptional. We had a flight delay so we did not arrive at the Villa until 0230, Stefania and Michael were still there to greet us. There was a table and fridge full of food and drink (even alcoholic beverages) , this was very much appreciated as it had been a very long day travelling with 3 children. This took an extra thing to worry about away from us. The villa was so well equipped it was like a home away from home. The view that we then woke up to in the morning was well worth the wait. It was breath taking. The garden was perfect for the children, the veranda had a lock so it makes the pool safe from young children- perfect. The swings, sea saw and hammock was a wonderful touch. The pool was a wonderful size and a welcome chill down in the blazing heat. The villa provided many towels as well as towels for the beach which saved a lot on weight when travelling for 5 -bonus. There was even a first aid box full of all the essentials which proved invaluable as it was needed by myself and husband whilst there. The location of the villa meant we got to explore many beautiful, less busy and perfect snorkelling bays ranging from 2 min drive to 30 minute drive. Perfect. We never not bored. We stayed her for 2 weeks. We did a day trip to the north of the Island and as much as it was lovely the beaches were rammed and found it difficult to get a space for the 5 of us. It was a relief to come back to the quietness of the south for a truly relaxing holiday. Perfect Perfect Perfect.

Villas Marmaro

Best stay in Greece ever, in 3 luxury villas

Magnificent place for summer and winter holidays 50 min drive from Athens. ☺. the villas are on the beach, have a lovely pool and are in a heavenly quiet/private surrounding. Also available are Water sports and beach bars about 2km away + local groceries and tavernas. The landlord is very helpful and can arrange all types of services like private chef meals , excursions to Acropolis, Delhi and other sightseeings , weddings, kids party etc. I would definitely come back and i recommend it for luxury, family, romantic/wedding or any type of holidays someone may wish.
