Heaven on Earth!!!
We had the chance to be the first holiday guests at this villa. We were six people staying at Alex's house and we spent two relaxing weeks.Everything was perfect: the house, the surroundings, the beach, the customer service. All the provided beach gear was in good condition. We can only recommend this place. We spent a really fantastic time, it is asking for return. Sylvana and Family from Switzerland.

We had many very good rentals, but this was the best we had!!!
With one single word: Generosity. The owners Alex and Konstantinos are two warm persons. They welcomed us with a warm meal for 17 persons. The frig was fully with products for us. The house is really a home. Every thing was really perfect. We shall always remember those fantastic days we spent together in this special place.

Slice of Heaven, right on the sea!!!
This is a very special place and the owners are very special people.We had a truly memorable holiday here and one of the first things we did on returning home was book again fot this summer - two families with children aged 4 to 10. All ges are excited about this - we can't wait. - Yes the location is exceptional - it really is that close to the sea - Yes it is clean and comfortable as it looks - Yes it is in plenty of space - there are neighbouring properties of course ( one owned by the same family) but your privacy is not compromised in any way - Yes the property comes with any number of paddle boards, kayaks, snorkels etc and the sun loungers if that is youe preference but what doesn't show in the photos is how much effort the owners put in to ensuring your stay is a good one. This starts way before you get to Greece. Some so-called great customer service can feel overbearing and over the top? Here the balance is perfect - there seems to be a genuine wish to create great experiences rather than just great repeat custom. All the way down to the tiny details , the owners really took care of us and for that reason in particular we have no hesitation in recommending this place to the world. Only please leave a week spare for us....

Paradise!!!!
We had an amazing 11 days staying at Villa Aria. We had anywhere between 6-12 people staying with us on any given day and the proparty offers so many things to do ( beach, pool, tennis, reading areas,games,) that we never felt crowded but always had places to comfortably hang out. Alex and his property management team have all sorts of wonderful ideas and suggestions for what to do in tehe area but honestly , we often felt more like ''staying home'' given the beautiful surroundings.The beach is soft, sandy and shallow, one of the large decks with seating offers a beautiful view of the sunset (and is where we would often have cocktails before dinner ). Angela, the chef, is incredible. There are wonderful antiquities to visit in the area, as well as boat trips to Hydra and Spetses. Truly a magical experience, hope we can figure out a reason to come back soon.

We called this villa a movie star mansion, as it is breathtakingly beautiful.
It is perched on a hill in Kostos, overlooking Paros. Standing outside, the magnificent views sweep over the massive infinity pool, across the island, and out to the sea in the direction of Naxos. This brand new, expansive villa has every conceivable mod con and luxurious fittings throughout. The seperate private apartment with stunning views of the valley and sea, is a great addition. The outside entertaining area is vast, with a large state-of-the-art BBQ, kitchenette, fridge, long dining table, a bar with stools, sun lounges, a love seat and gardens with stunning plants and organic vegetables which we consumed with relish. Albert was most attentive and went above and beyond the norm to accomodate all our requests. His response was instant. Our stay was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our amazing trip to Greece. My dearest wish is to one day return to this slice of paradise!
