The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. A fire place makes a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Furniture, lighting and decoration are of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's an LCD HD TV set with satellite, and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. You will also find an iron and ironing board.
Villa Altea, has two double bedrooms with twin hotelier style beds that can be pushed together making a king size double, when asked. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide Wi-Fi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The villa has one bathroom with double shower rooms and one WC decorated with marble. In addition, there is a playroom/ store room, semi underground (same level with the living room), that can also be used as single guest room, if requested.
The villa has a private pool, with mosaic tiles and hydro massage jets that makes it a unique experience for your summer holiday. There are also sunbeds and garden furniture. Lighting and surrounding are giving an extra romantic atmosphere. Alternatively guests can go to the beach only 250 meters away.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
