On the ground floor, with a surface of 140m², you can enjoy the big living room with the 3 guestrooms and 4 separate bathrooms. The house offers a magnificent and unique view on Elafonissos coast line. From the inside, you can enjoy the same marvelous view thanks to the big panoramic windows all around the house. These windows provide an immediate access to the big terrace offering a magnificent and unique view on the land to the coast line.
On this terrace you will find the heated outside swimming pool, fully equipped with maintenance engines in the basement, for relaxing and for an astonishing view on the sea. During the evening you can enjoy the relaxing sound of the sea and the magnificent sunset.
On the first floor, with a surface of 130m², there are 2 double modern bedrooms, each fully equipped with a bathroom plus an additional one for the entire guests. In total there are 11 toilets in the villa.
The second floor with a total of 70 m2, has 3 bedrooms with King-Size beds plus 3 luxury bathrooms.
On the basement floor you will find the master bedroom with a luxury bathroom which provides access to a private terrace of 50 m² which also gives to the guests a direct access to the swimming pool. The Play room with a big LED screen and the fitness center plus a garage.
A lot of attention has been paid to security. The villa has been constructed using the best materials and at the entrance a large steel door has been installed. The house is foreseen of an alarm system with an indirect connection to the police station. In case of electric failure, an emergency generator immediately takes over the supply of electricity. A concrete road has been built for direct access to the house, the sea and the small beach. The biggest advantage of the house that it is fully installed with best quality equipment offers a unique and marvelous view.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
