Theros Villa offers five double bedrooms, four bathrooms with toilets, and an additional separate guest toilet. With five double beds and two single beds, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests.
Outside, the property features a spacious terrace shaded with pergolas, a large private swimming pool of 45 square meters surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, two dining areas, a lounge space, a Weber barbecue, a bar, and a beautifully landscaped garden. Two Wi-Fi networks ensure strong, high-speed internet access both indoors and outdoors. A private driveway with on-site parking is also available.
The ground floor includes an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a comfortable lounge with a smart satellite TV, DVD player, and sound system. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, and direct access to the terrace and pool. On the upper floor, two more bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both open onto their own private terraces offering stunning sea views.
The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own separate entrance. It includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and also opens onto the terrace and pool. The fifth bedroom, also on the ground floor with independent access, is perfect for families. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and two single bunk beds (180 x 90 cm each). The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet, and this room too offers direct access to the terrace and pool.
All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. For families with young children, the villa can provide two high chairs, a baby cot, a baby bath, and a safety gate for the upper floor, all available upon request.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
