The two-storey residence spans 220 square meters and sits within a well-tended green area of 835 square meters. guests can enjoy a private freshwater swimming pool of 50 square meters and 1.6 meters depth, a pergola with dining area, kitchen and grill, two fully furnished terraces, and two bedrooms with panoramic windows. The other two bedrooms feature skylight atriums, and the living room is equipped with an eco fireplace. All bathrooms are stone-faced, and there is individual parking available for two cars.
The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Amenities also include an electronic safe, hairdryer, fumigators, and a welcome hamper. For your arrival, a set of bath accessories is provided: shampoo, conditioner, body cream, and soap, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Bed linen and bath towels are changed every four days for stays of at least seven nights. Full cleaning is also provided every four days for longer stays. Easy cleaning, which includes kitchen cleaning, kitchen waste disposal, and living room floor wiping, can be arranged every other day upon request. The terrace bin is emptied daily. For children, we can provide a highchair, cot, bathtub, and potty if requested in advance.
The common area of the complex is designed for various events and special family meals on a terrace with picturesque panoramas, which can be attended by up to 50 people. It has a kitchen with a grill, which can be used by the residents themselves, for catering services or by a personal chef.
In the small picturesque bay, there is a platform made of natural stone with steps to the sea, equipped with a bar, a dressing room and a freshwater shower.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
