The ground floor consists of the open-plan living room with an energy fireplace, Satellite LED TV and Apple TV, docking station, linen sofa. Large window doors open onto a shaded lounge terrace with direct access to the pool area. On the same level there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining area for 6 (+ highchair on request) and the laundry room (washer/dryer and iron/iron board).
Bedroom 1 is also on the ground floor, featuring a 1.80m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. It has a private balcony with sea and garden view.
The two other bedrooms of the villa are on the first floor. Bedroom 2 features a king size canopy bed and visible wood beams and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub bathtub. It gives to a large terrace with sun loungers, sofa and panoramic views.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds (90x200), convertible into a King, and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower. This bedroom has access to private balcony with a sitting set and sea views.
Every room is characterized by harmony, comfort and a unique Mediterranean style. Each bedroom is bright and uncluttered, complete with luxurious amenities and fluffy towels. The kitchen is pre-stocked with cupboard essentials and it is ideal for families or friends who enjoy cooking together and dining by the open fire – when the weather is cold. The outdoor area is one of the villa's assets: large balconies offering spectacular views of the sea and the White Mountains, private heated pool and children’s pool (approx. 42m²), stylish yet comfortable sun loungers, large dining and sitting area with modern teak framed furniture and stylish fabrics with bright tones and an outdoor gas grill. The villa is non- smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, is suitable for children and elderly, but not wheelchair accessible.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
