Filled with pretty small lanes and low houses with old Venetian arches, it will transport you instantly to another era. Kokkino Chorio is also known for a wide underground bunker network used in World War II by the Germans to watch over Souda Bay for security and comfort. In the village square is the central church and facing it you will find a kafeneio serving local delicacies and grilled meat dishes. On the edge of the village and within 5 min. drive of the villas is a Glass blowing factory where guests can watch demonstrations of the glass blowing process. Kokkino Chorio is ideally located as the starting point for many walks and private excursions.

The villa covers 160m2 and is split in two floors:

The ground floor consists of the open-plan living room with an energy fireplace, Satellite LED TV and Apple TV, docking station, linen sofa. Large window doors open onto a shaded lounge terrace with direct access to the pool area. On the same level there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining area for 6 (+ highchair on request) and the laundry room (washer/dryer and iron/iron board).

Bedroom 1 is also on the ground floor, featuring a 1.80m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower. It has a private balcony with sea and garden view.

The two other bedrooms of the villa are on the first floor. Bedroom 2 features a king size canopy bed and visible wood beams and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub bathtub. It gives to a large terrace with sun loungers, sofa and panoramic views.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds (90x200), convertible into a King, and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower. This bedroom has access to private balcony with a sitting set and sea views.

Every room is characterized by harmony, comfort and a unique Mediterranean style. Each bedroom is bright and uncluttered, complete with luxurious amenities and fluffy towels. The kitchen is pre-stocked with cupboard essentials and it is ideal for families or friends who enjoy cooking together and dining by the open fire – when the weather is cold. The round marble-top dining table is perfect for accommodating large circles of friends and families.

The outdoor area is one of the villa's assets: large balconies offering spectacular views of the sea and the White Mountains, private heated pool and children’s pool (approx. 42m²), stylish yet comfortable sun loungers, large dining and sitting area with modern teak framed furniture and stylish fabrics with bright tones and an outdoor gas grill. The villa is non- smoking indoors, no pets are allowed, is suitable for children and elderly, but not wheelchair accessible.
