The resort is situated right at the edge of a coastal height, overlooking the azure crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. It is surrounded by the evergreen pine forest of Korakia, a peaceful and unspoiled area of natural beauty, with secluded coves, rock pools and wild olive groves.
The complex is made up of three self-contained luxury villas, each with their own driveway and private grounds. It’s a short drive from the cosmopolitan town of Porto-Heli, and within easy reach of the picturesque towns of Nafplio, Epidavros, Ermioni and Koilada. It’s a perfect location from which to explore beautiful archeological sites, serene monasteries and the nearby islands of Spetses and Hydra.
At approximately 4 km from the villa you can enjoy outdoors dining at a seaside taverna.The cafes, bars and tavernas of Porto-Heli are a fifteen minute drive away. Here you will be able to organise watercraft or boat rentals with one of the local agencies.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
To book your stay, simply pay 35% of the total amount upfront. Victor will follow up with an email containing full details and instructions for the final payment.
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
