The villa’s unique style has been designed by an award winner architect who has envisioned a luxury, yet easy-going, country home that combines traditional elements, (thick stone walls, wooden features), with modern ones (folding glass panels, interior light wells, lookout free-standing decks at each floor) achieving a perfect balance of the exterior with the interior environment.
Standing on its own 4000 sqm of olive groves, with its 3,5 x 12 m pool, surrounded by mellow, unspoiled countryside offering peaceful rural and sea views. From its most unique feature, the open tower’s decks, you can have your evening drinks while watching a spectacular sunset and then dine at the terrace making the most of Crete’s idyllic climate, the best there is.
Extremely spacious interior spaces allow unobstructed lines of vision. The decoration balances earthly colours and materials with aluminium and modern fittings. Full furnished terraces and verandas, paintings and family antiques combine to produce a home away from home.
The interior comprises of a spacious living area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms locate at 3 different levels. Original works of art, most of them created by the owner and many family antiques make this self-catering accommodation stand out.
The pool, the table-tennis and the other games at the basement’s games room will keep the more energetic happily occupied, while the others can lay back till the special, relaxing atmosphere of the place and the sun restore their energy.
The villa is non-smoking, friendly to children and suitable for elderly or infirm: ramp entrance to main floor; wide entrance doors, all doors at least 75 cm wide, most are even wider; bedrooms with room to turn around; twin beds can be made high. A cargo lift (80cm X 110cm) gives access to all floors, but it's use is permitted only to guests with mobility problems and their assistants. There are two accessible toilettes: a roll-in shower at the ground floor and a bathroom at the main floor. Both have 45cm high toilettes, accessible sinks, gripping bars, adjustable shower-height. The bathroom is accessed by a ramp; its bath-lid is 53cm high and it has a portable bath seat. All entrances are level but the one to the upper deck.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
