This superb three-story 8 bedroom villa has 30 meters (100 ft) of beachfront, its grounds are in full sun for the entire day, offering spectacular vistas, and include a 18 meters (60 ft) swimming pool, and beautifully appointed gardens. The main house consists of 900 sq. m. (9,687 sq. ft.) with large verandas, facing the sea.
On the first level is the ample living area with doors opening to the Aegean. Also located on the first level is the dining area - separated by the living room, by an open plan fireplace, the large fully equipped kitchen, the office with bathroom en suite, and a guestroom with its own bathroom.
The main living area extends to the patio with doors opening up to the Gardens, overlooking the multicolour led swimming pool and the jaccuzi. There is a large outdoor barbeque and a smaller portable one, for you to choose, and dine summertime style anywhere you like. Sun lounges are all around the pool and at the front garden facing the sandy beach and the deep blue of the Aegean sea.
On the second floor there are 4 master bedrooms - two of those with their own private large verandas and the other two sharing one - overlooking the sandy beach and the Aegean islands. Beautifully appointed and fully equipped, the villa’s bedrooms are the absolute places of comfort and relaxation.
The Villa is a kids’ heaven: sophisticated kids rooms, playroom, and extensive outdoor playground. Outdoors, as well as indoors, kids of all ages may spend pleasurable time playing and entertaining themselves with several activities. Organize movie nights at the home theatre and let them listen to their favourite music, from their i-pod , indoors and outdoors from the exceptional Bose sound systems.
As for the staff; one room for two with en suite bathroom is located on the second level, for nannies to watch over the kids, and two more staffrooms accommodating 8 people (2 bunk beds in each) are located on the lower level, together with their own large living-dinning room. There is a separate laundry room.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
