The villa can be booked in its entirety for up to 12 guests or rented as four entirely private accommodations, each on a separate level, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Inside, Evane Residence has been meticulously renovated with elegant, architect-designed Hydriot interiors. Vibrant artworks, sculptures, and high-end furnishings accent the understated whitewashed walls, paying homage to the building’s rich past as an art studio. Across all levels, the villa’s living rooms and master bedrooms open onto spacious terraces, ideal for dining alfresco as a group or sunbathing in total seclusion. Each terrace offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the island’s crystal-clear waters.

Located just meters from the Argo-Saronic Gulf, the villa overlooks the picturesque port of Kamini and sits just a short stroll from Castello—one of Hydra’s top-rated beaches and beach clubs. The villa is also available to rent as a wedding or private event venue, with spacious interiors and three ocean-view terraces offering a stunning indoor-outdoor setting. The villa is spread across three levels. On the ground level, there are two double en-suite bedrooms—one with an open-space shower—each with separate entrances, a shared kitchenette, and access to a large courtyard featuring a Mediterranean garden and sea views. The middle level includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (featuring both bathtub and shower), a lounge area, and a kitchenette. It connects to another en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent to this, with a separate entrance, is another en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower. Outdoor access on this level leads to a traditional stone-arched balcony and a large patio. The top level houses a double bedroom with sea views, a living area with a sofa that converts into a double bed, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This level opens onto a terrace with panoramic 180° ocean views, furnished with outdoor lounge and dining areas.

Guests arriving by ferry from Athens, Metochi, or Ermioni will land at Hydra Harbour. From there, Evane Residence can be reached by a five-minute sea taxi, a 15-minute scenic walk, or a 25-minute donkey ride—since no cars are allowed on the island. Transportation between Kamini and Hydra Harbour is included in your booking, provided it is arranged in advance.
