The interiors feature a spacious living area (55 m²) illuminated by large sliding windows creating a continuation to the exterior. It comprises a dining and a sitting area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is surrounded by a large south- and west-oriented terrace with outside furniture (dining and lounging).Most of the windows have integrated mosquito net and electric sunscreens.

The 3 main bedrooms, all with frontal sea view, king size bed and en-suite shower or bath & toilet, are generously sized. Each of them has its own advantage. Located at 3 different levels, they offer a maximum of privacy and are therefore particularly suitable for couples of friends staying together or families with teenagers.
The upper bedroom has a large terrace (36 m²) with outdoor furniture. Both bed- and bathroom (30 m²) have ceiling with exposed carpentry made of chestnut wood (from Mount Athos !). The bath is equipped with light system.
Located at groundfloor, the second bedroom has easy access, without stairs, from entrance to kitchen and living area as well as terraces. Yet bed and bathroom (24 m²) form an area separated from the rest of the groundfloor. The shower has in-built hammam and hydromassage system.
The garden level bedroom has direct access to the pool area. Its bathroom has a 2 meters long walk-in shower. Here also bed- and bathroom (21 m²) are separated from the rest of the floor.
A fourth bedroom with queen size bed (13 m²) is available at garden level. Although attractively decorated, it does not have its own bathroom. When young children sleep in this room, the access to the garden and pool can be closed. Tea or coffee set is available in all rooms.
6 km away from the port of Patitiri, our property by the water’s edge is facing the sea at the very end of a small unpaved road. The 5200 m² of land are covered with olive and pine trees in plain harmony with the green surroundings. At the bottom of the plot you can directly access a tiny idyllic sandy beach where, now and then, a monk seal is taking a nap in the sun.
Hiring a car is essential as public transportation is very limited. All places are within short distances. The main road of the island is only
25 km long. The secondary roads are generally unpaved and occasionally only dirt roads will be found. Those can be uneven and stony but involve no risk in particular. The town of Patitiri hosts the harbour and all commodities and services you may need (food stores, pharmacies, medical practices, post office, bank, newspapers and so on).
