Designed for families and groups of friends, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in 200 square metres of beautifully appointed living space.The villa features four elegant double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and high-quality fittings, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. The master suite occupies the entire first floor and opens onto a spacious private balcony with spectacular views of the sea and the swimming pool, providing the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or watch the sunset.
The bright open-plan living and dining area has been designed to make the most of the stunning surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly with the indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can gather and relax. Large windows fill the interiors with natural light throughout the day, while the sea remains a constant backdrop from sunrise until sunset.
Outside, the spacious terrace offers beautifully furnished lounge and dining areas, ideal for long breakfasts, al fresco meals, or evening drinks overlooking the water. The private swimming pool, measuring 5 x 10 metres, is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, elegant outdoor furniture, and a landscaped garden set within a 2,000-square-metre private plot. The lower-ground-floor bedrooms enjoy direct access to the pool area, while every room in the villa is equipped with air conditioning. Complimentary Wi-Fi, private parking, and access to a shared tennis court complete the experience, ensuring every comfort throughout your stay.
Despite its peaceful setting, the villa is ideally located for exploring western Crete. The sandy beach of Tersanas is just 1.4 kilometres away, while the famous Stavros Beach, known as the filming location of Zorba the Greek, is only a short drive from the property. The beautiful city of Chania, with its enchanting Venetian harbour, picturesque old town, excellent restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere, is just 14 kilometres away and can be reached in approximately 25 minutes by car.
Villa Filos also provides an excellent base for discovering some of Crete's most spectacular beaches, including Balos Lagoon, Falassarna Beach, and Elafonissi Lagoon. Visitors can also explore traditional monasteries, hike through impressive gorges, discover secluded coves, and experience the island's rich history, authentic cuisine, local wineries, olive oil, and honey. Chania International Airport is only 8 kilometres away, approximately 15 minutes by car, while Heraklion International Airport can be reached in around two hours and twenty minutes.

Booking and Payment terms
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
