Villa Florio is a completely traditional stone building with a wooden roof and all the modern comforts. It promises to offer you the pleasures of nature, relaxation and absolute tranquillity, while maintaining your private moments.
Villa Florio with the surrounding farm is available as a whole, throughout the year, allowing you to participate at some special events such as the famous Corfu Easter. The villa can accommodate up to 9 persons and two small children. It extends on one level, to better fit with the natural environment and includes the following areas:
One master bedroom with double bed, “secretaire”, wardrobe and safe, exclusive bathroom with jacuzzi for two people equipped with chromo-therapy system.
Two bedrooms each of which includes: two single beds convertible into double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and bathroom with whirlpool tub. Separate WC with a washing machine.
One bedroom with double bed and wardrobe served by an independent WC/bathroom which has a hydro-massage cabin.
Provided upon request two children cots and a medical bed with remote and multiple positions.
Kitchen including: refrigerator-closet providing cold water and ice-cubes, electric oven and hob, microwave oven , dishwasher, electric appliances, fully equipped with cutlery and crockery along with glasses.
Living and dining room, with hand built fireplace (wood is provided during winter), a table for eight people, two sofas, relaxation chair.
Satellite TV, Dolby Surround sound system, blue-ray video, fax, phone, satellite internet.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned, has wooden floors in the main areas, insect repelling windows with screens, security bars and drinking water.
The outdoor areas are fully and securely fenced and have received minimum intervention to avoid altering the landscape. Within these interventions the following facilities are provided:
- Stone swimming pool with oxygen (no chlore) with sun lounges and an outdoor bar
- Pergolas with outdoor lounge around the house
- Outdoor tables and barbeque in panoramic position
- Parking space
The Corfu, golf course at Ropa Valley is only 4 km from the farm. It has an 18hole and 72par, driving range and green for practice and club house. The facilities are open all year round and lessons are available.
The location is also ideal for hiking or mountain bike tours. The "International Trail" that passes outside the farm combined with a picturesque network of rural roads, leads to nearby villages such as Liapades, Marmaro, Gianades, Kanakades. Some of the best beaches of the island are at distances between 5 to 10 km: Ermones (5 km), Rovinia (5Km) Paleokastritsa (7 km), Glyfada and Kontogialos (10 km), Myrtiotisa (9 km).

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
