The villa has 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and private pool. The traditional architectural design of Lefkas island is used to villa Fos ceilings. The two floors of the residence are connects with a wooden staircase but access can be occurred from the outside entries too.
All rooms are spacious and they have large wooden French windows with double panes and screens. The roofed stone veranda connects the rooms with the courtyard and the pool area. The colours of the entire building are soothing and natural to match with the outdoor natural environment.
One bedroom is on the first level with en-suite bathroom and is fully equipped with a double wooden bed (170x210) headrest, mattress and sublayer as well as bedside tables, toilet - office, wardrobe , armchair and home cinema -DVD. The bed faces the 2m wide French windows which open onto the large veranda with a view to the sea and the islands Ithaca, Cephalonia and a number of smaller islands. On the ground level there are two bedrooms each with its en -suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have two single beds (1,00 X 2,10) which can be joined into a double (2,00x2,10) without leaving a gap in between. The bedrooms have home cinema and DVD and big French windows which lead out onto a roofed stone veranda that communicates with the courtyard and swimming-pool area. All bathrooms have Jacuzzi and hair dryer.
The bathroom floors are marble and the wall tiles are handmade. Ground level also has a separate WC. Small living area on the ground area with kitchenette (small fridge, two ring oven, dishwasher) and a sofa (bed)which can seat and/or sleep two (mattress 1.40x2.00) and an armchair-bed for one person. Both,sofa bed and armchair are very comfortable for sleeping.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
