The villa's unique advantage is the happiness to have views of East, South and West coast of Lefkada at the same time. That makes the villa sunny for the most of the day, but also you have the luck to view the splendid colors of both sunrise and sunset (depending on the month of the year you can see that clearer), while you enjoy blue views and neighbor islands from every room and the courtyard. During the night, you either enjoy the starry night and the breathtaking view of the galaxy's milky way, or you can enjoy the bright moon and its reflection on the calm waters of the Ionian and connect with nature. It is very close to two of the most famous beaches of the world, Egremnoi and Porto Katsiki and our personal favorite beach of Gialos. An ideal spot to escape, relax, enjoy the romantic atmosphere, recommended for couples, families and large groups.
This newly built self-catering residence has two levels, constructed traditionally with natural materials and local stone to harmonize with nature's beauty. The two levels communicate with each other via an indoor wooden staircase but both have independent access from the courtyard. By the residence, there is a private rectangular (kid friendly) swimming pool and on the private grounds surrounding the villa, the sages and thymes grow among the olive trees, the cypresses, and other native plants.
Villa Ges is located to the west side of Lefkada island, few minutes drive from “Porto Katsiki” (8km) and “Egkremni” (12km), two of the most famous beaches in Greece and also in the world. The villa is close to Athani (9km), a small village with a beautiful coast and traditional Lefkada houses with golden tiles and stoned walls. Athani village has several tavernas with a panoramic view of the Ionian sea and the sunset. On the other side of the mountain, opposite to Athani, it is the small town of Vassiliki, just 6km away (of which 4km is an earth road until 2018), you can engage a number of activities such as windsurf, wakeboard, swimming in the beautiful bay, you can enjoy cocktails by the beach and be shopping at the center of the town. In Vasiliki, there are taverns and restaurants to dine in as well as grocery markets for provisions, an ATM machine, and medical center. On the Eastern coast, 25 drive away is Nidri and all Eastern side beaches such as Poros, Amuso, and Syvota with its yachting marina fronted by bars and taverns.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
