The villa is ideal for accommodating up to 10 people, as it features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa is located at the hillside of Tzanes – Golden Beach area, just an 8-minute drive from the endless sandy Golden Beach. The villa was built in 2016 in three levels in accordance with the cycladic architectural style. Indoors you will enjoy spacious bedrooms and outdoors, a large terrace creates a relaxing holiday feeling. The 12x4.5m swimming pool is the best place to be, especially with such a view!
The ground level features an open plan living / dining area with an extremely cozy sofa and a big white metal marble-look dining table with clear acrylic chairs, blending a technical design innovation with a few baroque touches. This room has eye-catching bubble pendant chandeliers and windows towards a great view. A fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining and BBQ area and a guest’s toilet are also found on this level.
Walking towards the conjoined chambers, you will find an en-suite double bedroom, a spacious guest room with a double bed and a second bright bedroom right next to it with two single beds sharing a shower bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor enjoy direct sea views and have immediate access to the pool. Up on the upper floor, there is the master bedroom which enjoys a wide view and has its own little balcony. On the lower level, there is a spacious bedroom which has a double bed, a comfy sofa, its own bathroom and direct access to the swimming pool area.
Outdoors, there is a large swimming pool, a comfy lounge area to relax as well as a dining area adjacent to the BBQ facilities. A shower-bathroom with storage space is located here for external use. Pergola-covered parking space is available.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
