Villa Grandioso, on the island of Andros, is part of a luxury complex, situated at Zorgos bay on the North-East coastline of Andros in the foothills of the pre-historic castle of Vryokastro. The complex is 14 km from Gavros port.The complex occupies the delta of the local river, which receives water from the mountains of North Andros and sustains a unique biotope.The orientation of the land protects the complex from the north winds and its position next to the sea, arranged amphitheatrically above the river, allows full view of the aegean sea and the river landscape. the bay’s turquoise crystal waters and the pelloric beach which stretches from golden sand to multicolored marble pebbles establish it as one of the most beautiful beaches of the aegean, ideal for relaxation and sea sports.
Villa Grandioso is an impressive building, with stone and plaster, situated at the front center of Aegea Resort with more than 200 m2 stone-paved balconies and verandas and large private gardens more than 2000 m2 each overlooking the beautiful bay of Zorgos. The villa can accommodate 8 persons in 4 bedrooms served by 2 bathrooms. It has a large living room with comfortable furniture and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.
It is recommended to hire a 4x4 vehicle, as the final 3 km leading to the villa are on an unpaved road.

Booking and Payment terms

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
